Good to know before you visit
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes! We welcome new patients of all ages. Request an appointment online or call (704) 555-0182 and we can usually see you within a week or two.
I get really anxious at the dentist. Can you help?
Absolutely. Tell us when you book and we’ll plan extra time, explain each step before we do it, and agree on a signal to pause. Headphones, blankets and sedation options are always available.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept most PPO plans. Share your plan details when you book and our coordinator will verify your benefits before your visit, so there are no surprises.
What should I do in a dental emergency?
Call us as early in the day as you can. We hold same-day spots for toothaches, broken teeth and lost fillings. If you have severe facial swelling or trouble breathing, go to the nearest emergency room.
When should my child have their first visit?
Around their first birthday or when the first tooth appears. Early visits are short and playful — mostly about helping your child feel comfortable and giving you simple tips for home.
